The Founders
Married since 1985, Bruce and Maureen have built an investment portfolio and a philosophy based upon quality and integrity at both the asset and human partnership level. From transportation and new product development to corporate finance, mutual fund, and money management, Bruce’s working life has been about doing well by doing good. Bruce and Maureen began their Real Estate investment business in 1986. They were able to accumulate, reposition, and bring full-cycle multiple homes, duplexes, and development parcels. Even through the real estate meltdown of 2008–2010, they were able to stabilize and grow their personal real estate and investment holdings. In 2016, they sold their last duplex to focus on larger multifamily investing. Beginning in 2017, Bruce and Maureen have partnered and invested in 14 properties/projects. 1616 units have gone full cycle with an additional 242 unit complex in escrow with a sale completed in September 2022. Their portfolio ranges across the spectrum (Class A, B and C) and in the states of Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Washington.
